Founded in 2019 by Arik Armstead and Dr. Melinda Armstead, the Armstead Academic Project (AAP) works to expand access and opportunity for students through education, wellness, and career exposure experiences.
At AAP, we believe a student’s potential should never be limited by the opportunities around them. Through initiatives like Career Camps, Thrive Schools, and youth enrichment events, students gain access to experiences, workplaces, resources, and connections that help build confidence and expand what they believe is possible for their future.
