Hi all,

I wanted to do something good and make the world a better place. When I found out that In Sacramento, only 38% of of third graders are reading at their grade level standard. This percentage drops even more to 27% for students living in Sacramento's least resourced neighborhoods. Third grade math and reading proficiency is a key indicator in of a young person's future success. Our communities are facing a literacy crisis and there is a need for additional resources and services to improve student outcomes. , I knew I had to help.

That's why I created a fundraiser to support Armstead Academic Project. Their campaign to Support 100 students to attend our Stay Hungry Reading Camp will Improving literacy outcomes among elementary school students —and you can be a part of it.
